DUBLIN, IRELAND, 31 JULY 2020: IBAT College Dublin, Ireland’s leading enterprise-focused third level institution, today announced the appointment of Joe Gorey to the post of Principal at the college.
In his new role, Joe will be responsible for working with IBAT’s academic staff to ensure the continuous delivery of high-quality teaching, learning and assessment, and providing a great environment and outstanding facilities to help students achieve their best potential.
Prior to joining IBAT, Joe held the position as Programme Director at Griffith College Dublin.
Joe also created ‘Achieve Online Learning’, an e-learning development and management solution for academic institutions and businesses. In addition to this, Joe has also held the position as CEO of Setanta College, Tipperary, which specialises in sports programmes.
Before his venture into the higher education sector, Joe worked as a Senior HR Consultant at Intel Ireland, an electronics manufacturer, for over 15 years.
