Course Overview
This programme will teach you a range of skills, tools and techniques essential for the successful planning, implementation and management of projects, using traditional, lean and agile principles. This programme is designed to provide an understanding of project management principles and practices, specifically focused around People and Processes. It will teach you how to effectively manage the different phases of a project. You’ll learn the project management framework of initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and close-down. The programme focuses on the management of people and teams necessary to achieve success through effective leadership. Agile and Hybrid approaches are emphasised, addressing incremental change, empowering team members, collaborative interactions, adding value and continuous improvement, and managing changing priorities.

Assessment
To be awarded the IBAT College Dublin Diploma in Project Management you will be required to successfully complete project coursework that addresses all areas of the programme.
