His expertise and leadership have been key to maintaining and enhancing IBAT’s technological capabilities, as he continuously implements the latest advancements.
Beyond his technical expertise, Mark is deeply committed to supporting students throughout their educational journey. From providing hands-on demonstrations during inductions on how to navigate key systems such as logins and emails, to offering ongoing IT support whenever needed, he is always available to assist students in overcoming any technical challenges they may face.
